- Problems or questions about app launch, catalog creation or opening, library view, search, albums, and metadata editing
- Problems or questions about photo or video import, duplicate decisions, thumbnail generation, and missing file management
- Problems or questions about map view, GPX folder registration, and applying GPX location data
Out of scope
- General macOS operation, Finder usage, external storage, NAS setup, system settings, or platform permission setup
- Apple App Store billing, refunds, or store account issues
- Individual explanations of file formats or metadata specifications produced by cameras, phones, or third-party software
Sharing information in public issues
GitHub Issues are public. Do not post original photos or videos, exact shooting locations, folder paths containing personal information, or other information you do not want to disclose publicly.
When needed, share only the smallest sample, screenshot, or redacted log that still reproduces the problem.
