Vroma Studio End User License Agreement
This page applies only to the direct-download edition of Vroma Studio. Vroma and Vroma Studio Track are distributed through the App Store and use the Apple standard EULA.
1. Scope
These terms apply only to the direct-download edition of Vroma Studio distributed through channels such as GitHub Releases.
2. Delivery Basis
Vroma Studio is provided on an AS IS basis.
3. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer accepts no liability for any damage arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the software.
4. External Services
Vroma Studio can be configured to use an external service (Mapbox) for video export. Contracts, service terms, fees, outages, and changes related to that external service are governed by the service provider.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
6. Jurisdiction
The Yokohama District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or related to these terms or Vroma Studio.
