1. Scope

This policy applies to the macOS application "Chrova" (the "App").

2. Core Principle

• The developer does not collect, sell, or share users' personal information
• The App's primary functions run locally, and catalog data is stored on the user's Mac

3. Information Handling

3.1 Personal Information

The App does not collect personal information.

3.2 User Content

The App accesses photos, videos, and metadata for display and management. This data remains in the user's environment, and the developer does not access it.

3.3 Usage Statistics

The App does not collect:

• Usage analytics
• Crash reports
• Third-party analytics data
• Device information

4. Storage and External Communication

4.1 Local Storage

Catalog data is stored in user-selected `.chrova` catalogs. Stored items include an SQLite database, thumbnails, and catalog settings.

4.2 iCloud Sync (Tip Badge Information)

Tip badge data is stored locally (UserDefaults). When iCloud is enabled, the same data may sync across devices under the same Apple Account using Apple's iCloud Key-Value Store.

• Purchased badge types
• Purchase dates
• Badge quantities
• Transaction identifier (transaction ID)

4.3 Map Display with Apple MapKit

The App uses Apple MapKit for map features. Data required for map display and rendering (including coordinate data) is sent to Apple.

4.4 Original Files

The App does not move, modify, or delete original photo/video files.

5. Third-Party Sharing

• The developer does not provide user data to third parties except where required by law
• Processing for in-app purchases, iCloud sync, and MapKit map rendering is handled through Apple services

6. Data Deletion

• Catalog data can be deleted by removing the catalog file (`.chrova`)
• Uninstalling the App does not automatically remove user-created catalog files
• The local copy of tip badge data is removed on uninstall, but may resync from iCloud if iCloud sync is enabled

7. Children's Privacy

The App can be used by all ages and does not collect personal information from any age group.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated as features or legal requirements change.
